Louis G. McKeage
Lou has over 30 years of experience with the TAAC. He is responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the TAAC and leadership of an experienced staff of professionals. Lou has a number of years of experience managing his own manufacturing company. He serves on the board of the Broome County Council of Church's and is a member of the American Business Council. He has a MBA from Binghamton University.
Assistant to the Director/Database & Contract Administrator
Michele joined the TAAC in July 2009. She is a skilled professional in office administration, with responsibility for all aspects of budget/finance, administrative operations, maintains databases and program/policy compliance for the TAAC. She also acts on behalf of the Director in his absence. She is responsible for preparing and reviewing and issuing all contracts with client consultants. A proven self-starter with excellent administrative skills, Ms. Francisco is a critical component to the successful program implementation of the TAAC.
Teresa is the Outreach Specialist for the TAAC with the responsibility of assisting trade impacted firms in the preparation of certification petitions, along with marketing the program throughout New York, New Jersey and Puerto Rico. Prior to joining the TAAC, she worked in strategic business development and marketing at several companies. Teresa’s greatest strengths are her relationship building skills, creativity, drive and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that can expand the programs reach. Teresa is a past VP of the Professional Women’s Group (BPW), an active member of the Susquehanna Valley Dollars for Scholars Board, and volunteers for Special Olympic programs.
